Picture Book Dummy Planner

Paste a manuscript and see how it falls across a printed picture book. Edit the text in the box or right on the spreads, choose a layout for each spread, and check that everything fits. The example is a sample story. Replace it with your own.

Just have a manuscript? Paste it and press Auto-arrange. It spreads the text evenly and tries to place page turns after questions and cliffhangers. Then adjust it on the spreads.

A blank line starts a new spread. A line with only // splits the text across both facing pages. [wordless spread] adds a spread with no text.

Front and back matter

Uncheck if your printer glues the first and last pages to the cover.
